关于个人主攻方向调整的说明

得益于各位朋友、客户与合作伙伴长期以来的信任和照顾，先飞技术已经顺利走过早期创业阶段，并逐步进入更加系统化、规范化、可持续的创业迭代期。

在接下来的发展阶段，我们将继续以更优秀的产品、更稳定的交付和更专业的服务，支持各位朋友事业的发展，也努力为更多合作伙伴创造长期价值。

在团队发展的早期阶段，我个人将主要精力投入在前端工作中，包括具体项目推进、重点客户服务、对外沟通协调以及部分关键事项的直接处理。这一阶段的工作，对于公司从 0 到 1 的成长起到了重要作用，也让我有机会与许多朋友建立了深厚的信任关系。

随着团队的不断完善，以及内部运作机制、项目机制、服务机制的逐步建立，一线同事们已经能够以更加专业、更加高效、更加稳定的方式为客户提供服务。很多时候，他们对具体产品、项目执行、现场交付和客户需求的理解，已经比我更加深入，也更适合在第一时间响应和解决问题。

因此，从公司长期发展的角度出发，我个人将逐步从具体项目、重点客户服务以及部分对外事务中脱离出来，把更多精力转向产品开发、组织进化、机制建设和长期能力沉淀等基础性工作。

这并不是对客户和朋友们的疏远，而是为了让公司不再依赖某一个人的即时响应，而是依靠一套更加稳定、可靠、可复制的组织能力，为大家提供长期服务。

当前，先飞技术每年承接和处理的订单已经超过 1 万个。面对如此高频的业务协作，我们必须采用更加高效率、更加规范化、更加透明化的工作机制。对于项目需求、技术标准、服务承诺、交付节点、售后处理等事项，我们会尽可能通过公开或双方确认的方式进行记录和推进，以促成各项约定与承诺能够被高效、准确地履行。

从短期看，这种方式可能会显得不如过去那么“灵活”或“人情化”；但从长期看，它能够减少误解、提高效率、稳定交付，也能更好地保护客户、合作伙伴和团队成员的共同利益。

因此，也希望各位朋友能够更多地支持我们一线的工程师、项目人员、商务人员和服务人员。他们是公司面向客户的第一责任人，也是未来持续提升产品和服务质量的关键力量。

当然，我依然会持续关注客户反馈、投诉邮箱、产品前沿方向以及行业发展变化。对于重要问题、关键建议和前沿需求，我也会保持关注，并随时向各位朋友请教和学习。

Explanation of the Adjustment to My Professional Focus

Thanks to the long-term trust and support from our friends, customers, and partners, ALLXF has successfully moved beyond its early startup stage and is now entering a more systematic, standardized, and sustainable phase of growth and iteration.

In the next stage of development, we will continue supporting our customers and partners with better products, more stable delivery capabilities, and more professional services, while striving to create long-term value for everyone we work with.

During the early stages of the company, I personally devoted much of my time and energy to front-line operations, including project coordination, key customer support, external communication, and direct handling of critical matters. This period played an important role in ALLXF’s growth from 0 to 1, and also gave me the opportunity to build deep trust with many friends and partners.

As the team continues to mature and our internal operational systems, project mechanisms, and service processes become more established, our front-line colleagues are now able to serve customers in a more professional, efficient, and stable manner. In many cases, their understanding of specific products, project execution, on-site delivery, and customer needs has become even deeper than mine, making them better positioned to respond quickly and effectively.

Therefore, from the perspective of the company’s long-term development, I will gradually step away from direct involvement in specific projects, key account services, and certain external affairs. Instead, I will focus more on product development, organizational evolution, system building, and the accumulation of long-term capabilities.

This change does not mean distancing myself from our customers and friends. Rather, it is intended to ensure that the company no longer relies on the immediate response of any single individual, but instead operates through a more stable, reliable, and scalable organizational system capable of providing long-term service and support.

At present, ALLXF handles more than 10,000 orders annually. With such a high frequency of collaboration and delivery, we must adopt working mechanisms that are more efficient, standardized, and transparent. For project requirements, technical standards, service commitments, delivery milestones, and after-sales handling, we will increasingly rely on documented and mutually confirmed processes to ensure that commitments and agreements can be executed accurately and efficiently.

In the short term, this approach may feel less “flexible” or less relationship-driven than before. However, in the long run, it will help reduce misunderstandings, improve efficiency, stabilize delivery quality, and better protect the shared interests of customers, partners, and team members alike.

Therefore, I also hope everyone will continue to support our engineers, project staff, business teams, and service personnel on the front line. They are the company’s primary representatives to customers and the key driving force behind the continuous improvement of our products and services.

Of course, I will continue paying close attention to customer feedback, complaint channels, product innovation, and changes within the industry. I will remain actively involved in reviewing important issues, key suggestions, and emerging demands, while continuing to learn from and communicate with all of you.
