一、我们的服务方向
我们主要服务于民用机器人系统及相关应用场景的发展，包括但不限于：

二、我们的产业理念

三、我们反对非民用用途
我们明确反对将本公司产品、技术或服务用于任何非民用目的，尤其反对将相关产品或技术用于违反法律法规、危害公共安全、侵犯他人合法权益、破坏和平稳定或其他不正当用途。
我们不支持、不鼓励，也不参与任何可能偏离民用科技发展方向的使用行为。对于明显不符合民用用途、存在不合理最终用途风险或无法合理说明使用场景的交易、合作或技术服务需求，我们有权进一步核实、暂停沟通、拒绝交易或终止服务。
四、最终用户的责任
我们希望所有客户、合作伙伴及最终用户在采购、使用、集成、转售或提供相关服务时，均应遵守所在国家和地区适用的法律法规、出口管制、行业监管、数据安全、隐私保护、公共安全及其他相关合规要求。
最终用户应确保相关产品、技术及服务仅用于合法、合规、正当、和平的民用目的，并应根据实际情况对最终用途、最终用户、使用地区、应用场景及后续流转情况进行合理管理。
如相关产品涉及再次销售、系统集成、项目交付或第三方使用，客户及合作伙伴也应尽合理努力向后续使用方传递本说明中的基本原则，避免产品、技术或服务被不当使用。

Statement on Product End Use and Civil Application Directions
Dear Customers, Partners, and End Users:
Thank you for your interest in and use of the products, technologies, and services provided by ALLXF and its related teams. As a company that has long served the fields of robotics, unmanned systems, and related technology applications, we have always adhered to civil technological innovation as our core direction. We are committed to promoting the healthy development of the civil robotics industry and enabling more end users to enjoy the efficiency improvements, convenient experiences, and industrial value brought by technological progress.
I. Our Service Directions
We primarily serve the development of civil robotics systems and related application scenarios, including but not limited to:
Multi-legged robot systems;
Aerial robot systems;
Ground robot systems;
Surface robot systems;
Underwater robot systems;
Traditional non-mobile robots and automation systems;
Robot-related perception, control, stabilization, communication, integration, testing, demonstration, and application services.
Our products, technologies, and services are primarily intended for maker teams, research institutes, university laboratories, system integrators, industry service providers, application developers, industrial partners, and other civil-sector clients, supporting their efforts in R&D verification, product integration, application testing, industry services, science education, innovation demonstration, and commercial applications.
II. Our Industry Philosophy
We believe that robotics technology should not be confined to a single domain but should play an active role in a wider range of civil scenarios.
Whether in scientific research, education and training, industrial inspection, agricultural services, emergency assistance, environmental monitoring, commercial demonstration, or other lawful and compliant civil application scenarios, robotics technology can help people improve efficiency, reduce risks, expand capability boundaries, and promote cross-domain technological exchange and industrial collaboration.

III. We Oppose Non-Civil Use
We explicitly oppose the use of our company's products, technologies, or services for any non-civil purposes, and we especially oppose the use of related products or technologies in ways that violate laws and regulations, endanger public safety, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, undermine peace and stability, or serve other improper purposes.
We do not support, encourage, or participate in any usage behavior that may deviate from the direction of civil technology development. For transactions, collaborations, or technical service requests that clearly do not conform to civil use, pose unreasonable end-use risks, or cannot reasonably explain their usage scenarios, we reserve the right to conduct further verification, suspend communications, refuse transactions, or terminate services.
IV. End User Responsibilities
We expect that all customers, partners, and end users shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations, export controls, industry regulations, data security, privacy protection, public safety, and other relevant compliance requirements of their respective countries and regions when purchasing, using, integrating, reselling, or providing related services.
End users shall ensure that relevant products, technologies, and services are used solely for lawful, compliant, legitimate, and peaceful civil purposes, and shall reasonably manage end use, end users, regions of use, application scenarios, and subsequent transfer in accordance with actual circumstances.
Where relevant products involve resale, system integration, project delivery, or third-party use, customers and partners shall also make reasonable efforts to convey the basic principles outlined in this statement to subsequent users, to prevent products, technologies, or services from being misused.
V. Our Fundamental Position

1. We are committed to serving the development of the civil robotics industry;
2. We are committed to supporting lawful, compliant, legitimate, and peaceful application scenarios;

5. We are committed to conducting customer communication, use confirmation, and compliance review within reasonable scope.
