Notice on Flight Safety for Drone Swarm Performances

Thank you for your attention to and use of our company's drone swarm performance services. To ensure the safe and smooth execution of drone performance activities and safeguard the safety of the event organizers, audiences, and equipment, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Civil Aviation Law of the People's Republic of China and the Interim Regulations on the Flight Management of Civil Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, as well as industry standards, we hereby inform the general public, event organizers, and relevant partner organizations of the following safety considerations regarding drone swarm performances:

I. Basic Information on Performance Flight

Drone swarm performances are classified as special flight activities that require specialized design based on the event's timing, location, and scale. Typically, this includes the following aspects:

• Performance time and flight duration

• Performance location and surrounding environment

• Number of drones to be used

• Performance content and trajectory planning

II. Safety Cooperation Requirements for Event Organizers

To ensure flight safety, event organizers are required to fulfill the following collaborative obligations:

1.On-site and Security Management

• Ensure that the performance venue and surrounding areas have legal usage rights and are free from obstacles that may affect flight safety (such as tall buildings, high-voltage power lines, reflective interference sources, etc.).

• Assist in clearing the performance venue and surrounding areas of personnel and items that may pose a risk to flight safety.

• Based on the actual scale of the performance, assist in delineating and managing safety isolation zones, maintaining order, and preventing unauthorized personnel and vehicles from approaching the flight airspace and takeoff/landing areas.

2.Area Closure Requirements

• The performance site will be divided into a flight performance zone, an equipment debugging zone, and a spectator zone.

• No unauthorized personnel shall be allowed to enter the flight performance zone or debugging zone.

• It is strictly prohibited to fly other aircraft (including but not limited to kites, balloons, private drones, etc.) within the performance airspace to avoid aerial conflicts that could result in loss of formation control or safety incidents.

3.Airspace Filing and Information Cooperation

• Drone swarm performances require completion of relevant airspace approval and filing procedures in accordance with regulations.

• Our company will take the lead in handling these procedures, but the event organizer must promptly cooperate by providing necessary materials, such as event qualifications and venue certificates.

• If the filing cannot be completed due to a lack of cooperation as required, the performance will not be able to proceed.

4.Cooperation in Handling Extreme Situations

• In the event of adverse weather conditions such as strong winds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms, or emergencies such as air traffic control restrictions, equipment malfunctions, or external interference, our company will suspend or terminate the performance in accordance with safety standards.

• The event organizer shall assist in explaining the situation to and guiding the on-site spectators to prevent secondary risks such as chaos or crowding.

III. Our Company's Professional Safety Assurance Measures

To ensure the safe, stable, and high-quality presentation of the drone performance, our company will implement the following measures:

1.Professional Team Execution

• All flight operators hold valid and legal drone operation qualifications.

• The team possesses extensive experience in drone swarm performance flights and will execute flight missions in strict accordance with flight plans and safety operation protocols.

2.Equipment Safety Inspection

• Prior to the performance, comprehensive inspections and adjustments will be conducted on the drones, batteries, communication systems, positioning systems, and other related equipment.

• All equipment will be maintained in an airworthy and safe condition to prevent accidents caused by equipment failures.

3.Flight Plan Planning

• A scientific and reasonable flight route, trajectory, altitude, and emergency procedures will be developed based on the performance content and on-site conditions.

• The plan will undergo thorough simulation testing to ensure that the performance is stable, controllable, and safe.

IV. Risk Warning and Liability Statement

1.Responsibilities of the Event Organizer

• Ensure that the venue information provided is truthful and accurate.

• Refrain from requesting flights to be conducted under meteorological conditions that do not meet requirements or at unsafe venues.

• Cooperate with on-site safety management and isolation efforts to prevent unauthorized personnel from climbing over or breaching the isolation areas.

• If safety issues or losses occur due to the failure to fulfill the aforementioned obligations, the responsibility shall be borne by the event organizer.

2.Disclaimer Statement

• In the event of force majeure, sudden changes in natural conditions, or malicious interference by third parties, our company will initiate emergency measures to minimize the impact but shall not be liable for compensation arising therefrom (specific terms shall be subject to the formal cooperation agreement).

V. Other Important Notes

• If the venue, meteorological, or regulatory conditions fail to meet the required standards before the performance, the show will be suspended or canceled, and the event organizer shall cooperate accordingly.

• If safety hazards arise during the performance (such as a large number of balloons drifting into the airspace), our company will immediately take measures such as suspending the flight or initiating an emergency return, and the on-site organizing party shall assist in maintaining order.

• This notice applies to all members of the public and entities involved in viewing, participating in, or organizing drone performance-related activities, and remains valid indefinitely.
