01 为什么材料必须加盖“官方公章”？

根据《无人驾驶航空器飞行管理暂行条例》及相关民航、空管部门的最新管理要求：空域申请材料必须具备法律效力。目前，属地公安部门或政府相关主管部门的公章是证明飞行活动获得地方支持、确保公共安全的核心凭证。

温馨提示： 未加盖此类公章的文件目前将被系统视为无效材料，无法通过最终审核。

Flight Safety & Compliance | Essential Update on Airspace Filing Requirements

As the low-altitude economy continues to expand, regulatory oversight for flight safety and airspace order has reached a new level of standardization. To ensure that your upcoming projects proceed without interruption and remain fully compliant with national safety protocols, we are sharing this essential guide regarding the latest airspace filing requirements.

1. The Core Requirement: Authentication by Official Seal

In accordance with the "Interim Regulations on the Management of Unmanned Aircraft Flight" and the latest administrative directives from civil aviation and public security authorities, all airspace application materials must possess formal legal validity:

• Standardized Certification: All filing documents (including any supplementary materials) must bear the official seal of either the local public security department or a relevant government competent authority.

• Validity Status: Any document submitted without the aforementioned official seal will be deemed invalid and will not be processed through the regulatory approval systems.

• National Uniformity: This is a nationwide mandate. There are no regional exceptions or exemptions to this rule.

2. Critical Deadline: March 31st

Time is of the essence. All current and pending airspace filing materials must complete the official sealing process by the end of March.

Because government review and administrative procedures require a specific processing cycle, we strongly recommend that all partners begin coordinating with local authorities immediately to avoid any last-minute bottlenecks that could jeopardize project timelines.
