ALLXF, innovating with you!

https://www.boc.cn/sourcedb/whpj/
是否可以选择 OUR;
汇款过程中是否会产生中间行费用;
最终到账金额是否可能被扣减;
订单币种;
付款金额;
汇率参考时间;
收款账户信息;
银行费用承担方式;
是否需要选择 OUR;

Explanation on Exchange Rate Reference and Payment Methods
Dear Partners,
As ALLXF continues to expand its international business, we increasingly use international currencies such as the US dollar for quoting prices and settling accounts with global customers in product procurement, project services, technical support, and long-term cooperation.
To ensure a clearer and more efficient cooperation process and to minimize communication costs arising from exchange rate fluctuations, bank charges, or discrepancies in cross-border receipts, we hereby provide the following explanations regarding the quotation currencies, exchange rate references, and payment methods for internationalorders. This information is intended for your reference when placing orders, making payments, and reconciling accounts.
I. We Recommend Prioritizing US Dollar Settlement
For international orders, we recommend prioritizing the US dollar as the primary currency for quoting prices and settling accounts.
The US dollar is a widely used, stable, and easily executable settlement currency in international transactions. Using the US dollar for quoting prices and making payments helps both parties reduce repeated conversions, lower communication costs, and enhance consistency in contracts, invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
In addition to the US dollar, if customers, due to payment practices in their respective countries or regions, need to use the euro, Japanese yen, Hong Kong dollar, UAE dirham, or other currencies for payment, we can also communicate and confirm based on the specific order.
II. Exchange Rate Reference Method
When converting between different currencies, we strive to use open, transparent, and verifiable exchange rate sources to avoid misunderstandings caused by different platforms, time points, or interpretations.
Currently, we primarily refer to the Bank of China Foreign Exchange Rate Quotation Platform:https://www.boc.cn/sourcedb/whpj/
If currency conversion is required for an order, we will, in principle, refer to the relevant foreign exchange rates on the date of payment confirmation or the date mutually agreed upon by both parties. The final confirmation will be based on the quotation, proforma invoice, contract, or email records agreed upon by both parties.
III. Exchange Rate Validity Period
Due to continuous fluctuations in international exchange rates, quotes or payment amounts involving currency conversion usually have a set validity period.
Generally, the validity period for exchange rate conversion results is 48 hours.
If customers complete payment within 48 hours, the confirmed amount will typically be honored. If payment is not made within 48 hours, it is advisable for both parties to reconfirm the payment amount based on the latest exchange rate to ensure a fair and clear transaction.
IV. Payment Amounts Shall Be Based on Full Receipt
During cross-border payments, different banks and payment routes across countries or regions may incur sending bank fees, intermediary bank fees, or receiving bank fees.
To avoid the actual received amount being lower than the order amount, we recommend that customers prioritize selecting "OUR" as the bank fee allocation method when making international wire transfers.
Choosing "OUR" typically means that the relevant bank fees are borne by the payer, ensuring that the recipient receives the full order amount as much as possible.
This reduces issues such as supplementary payments, re-reconciliation, and delayed order processing due to bank charges, thereby enhancing cooperation efficiency between both parties.
V. If Selecting SHA or Other Fee Allocation Methods
If customers choose "SHA," "BEN," or other non-"OUR" payment methods, bank fees may be deducted from the remittance amount, resulting in the actual received amount being lower than the order amount.
In such cases, the difference usually needs to be made up by the payer, or the payment amount should be appropriately increased beforehand to ensure that the final received amount matches the order amount.
To avoid unnecessary duplicate payments and communication, we recommend that customers confirm the following information with their banks before making payments:
Whether "OUR" can be selected;
Whether intermediary bank fees will be incurred during the remittance process;
Whether the final received amount may be deducted;
Whether bank fees need to be reserved in the payment amount.
VI. Information to Confirm Before Payment
To ensure the smooth execution of orders, we recommend that customers confirm the following matters with our business personnel before making payments:
Order currency;
Payment amount;
Exchange rate reference time;
Recipient account information;
Bank fee allocation method;
Whether to select "OUR";
Expected receipt time.
If there are special payment restrictions in the customer's country or region, they can also inform us in advance, and we will assist in communicating more suitable payment arrangements based on the actual situation.
VII. Reminder on Recipient Account Security
To safeguard the funds of both parties, customers are urged to confirm recipient information through official channels.
Our recipient account information is usually provided through official quotations, proforma invoices, contract documents, official emails, or mutually confirmed business communication channels.
Please do not make payments to any unconfirmed personal accounts, temporary accounts, or unfamiliar accounts.
If you receive abnormal information such as temporary account changes, private account collections, or non-official chat notifications for payment, please suspend payment immediately and verify the information promptly through our official website, official email, or confirmed business contacts.
VIII. Our Cooperation Stance
We aim to make the payment and settlement process for international orders as simple, transparent, and stable as possible.
Therefore, we recommend using the US dollar as the primary settlement currency, adopting publicly verifiable exchange rate reference methods, and suggesting payment methods that ensure full receipt of funds.
Clear quotations, stable exchange rate references, and standardized payment methods can help both parties reduce unnecessary communication costs, enhance cooperation efficiency, and ensure smoother project delivery.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
